Hi, I'm Allison owner of Penty's Cakes in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. 
I work from my home in the vale of glamorgan. My kitchen has been awarded a 5* rating for food hygiene. 
I am Mum to 3 little girls who all share my love for baking. 

My Grandad and Dad were both bakers, my Mum also working in their bakery. I learnt a lot from my parents when young. 

I have always been creative, I love all things arts and crafts, and baking of course. 
My passion for creativity lead me to Art and Design A Levels and diplomas. Although I never pursued a career in Art and Design, I have always enjoyed it as a hobby. 
 
Recent years my passion for baking has been rekindled after baking for family and friends. I have also found a passion for creativity in my cake designs and decoration. The decorating being my favourite element.
